Well I'm back on blog after a week n half hectic schedule at "MACHINE TOOL AID RECONDITIONING TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED" MTAR.A manufacturing company that manufactures tools, machine and components for civil nuclear program,Indian Space Reasearch Organization and others.
At first everyone thought that 3 of us; Ankita, Ramaya(my classmates) n myself were doing our project at MTR FOODS best known for their gulab jamun powder and pickles. It took us a week to make it clear.
Now thats cleared we had a week long tiering work at the place , gathering data and information was tough job in a manufacturing unit and topping on it was the language problem merely 0.01% of people in MTAR knew hindi and 2% knew english (workers).
But all those hurdles apart, it was truely a week long learning experiencee and hope for more practical lessons at the place.

live in .......................
I came to know about "LIVE IN ' when I saw the movie "Saalam Namaste" actors Saif & Preity, in 2005 . Then I didn't knew about its presence in India, especially in metro cities. I didnt knew what exactly is 'live in' . As I read more and more in newspaers and magazines I came to know that its a mutual understanding between two genders; who withiout marraige are living in the same house just like a married couple. This concept, as everyone says, is another gift of western culture. But do we need to take everything which is coming from them happily.
India is a democracy, and we are free to say, express and follow any culture or relegion; but that does not mean we should follow any culture and practice it at the verge of our culture and tradition. What I belive that people who adhere to 'live in' have no other way of giving a name to the relationship, other reasons may be expensive way of living life, fear of parents and society. So easier was is to name it 'live in' and let people think of it. Do they feel safe and secured in this kind of relationship; NO, there are organizations and polictical parties, say society as a whole; who are against this culture because its harming our culture and beliefs. Its true we are known for our culture, traditions, relationship and values.
We should respect our values and tradition and should not adhere or follow any practice blindly. So think before any commitment in relationship, respect family and society. Its high time we need to wake up and make changes which are for good and add value to US .

3 mantras for men !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sunday classes of TA , timings 8:30 - 1:30 pm
In the class i lerned the mantras which are like 3 pillars for success as said by Prof. Ravi D. and note please thats meant only for men
1- A MBA degree
2- An American Visa
3- A Japanese wife
ok degree n visa is understood but a Japanese wife is still a mystery for me may be next time I should ask to Prof. Ravi ...... better option !!!!!!!!!
Enough of classes on sunday now its holi time n we all 2011 batch enjoyed our heart out post lunch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . We all had fun n colourful time and it was an unforgettable moments. The best part was the wet holi it was great :-)
The day was not over yet, we had treat in the evening by ------ Ankita thank u Ankii for the evening, you made our day . This treat was for her birthday which went past long days ago . Sorry I cannot remember the day u were born :-).
So its over now we enjoyed a lot and one thing is for sure we all will cherish all the moments throught our lives .
In the beggning the joy ride continues with class mates @ campus keep smiling n take care :-)

Punjabi Taj in the middle of jungle !!!..............
Ok this is something on which I always wanted to write on n today is the day !!!!!!!!!! .
Coming from the north (Patna , Bihar ) I had this feedback from many of my frends and relatives about the food in here , its like opposite pole in taste and the way of prepration .
Topping on the cake................... mess in here was no exception ; food that we get here is just average sooo we have options!!!!!! as our campus is in a village where we could only dream of having good food away from city, mess or canteen .
The first outing we(daddu , roomie, Shantanu and me) had...... exploring some of the prospects in terms of food nera the campus ;;;;; Delhi Darbar a complete let down n some small food corners (dhabas) could not serve the purpose .
okkk smiles smiles we have PUNJABI DHABA (Taj) for us ............ I still think what if the owner ( 2 punjabi bros with their wife and kids ) would not have done a blunder by coming all the way from Ludhiyana (PUNJAB) to Andhra .
Ok let me clear one thing this is gud rather the best not because we had no better option but due to their customer friendly approach , time they take in terms of prepration of the menu ordered, free hostel delivery service, quality and taste of food, cost effective and a complete feel off a typical punjabi dhabas that we have in Punjab .
We call him prajee and name of The Taj is PUNJABI DHABA but but!!!!!!!!!!!!! there is change in here too prajee has changed the name of dhaba to HAVELI reasons unknown may be its their business secrete .
so a special thanks to prajees and their wife with kids to render the service to fill in our belly , we just can say THANK U ALL !!!! :-)
Ok now the best part I call that place a class room ............ why ?????? ok I will explain u why........ all the marketing gemics , strategy , operations , behavior, planning , change (all are management subjects)that we as fools are learning giving lakhs of money sitting in class rooms is practically implemented their!!!... so here we have a entreprenur who without an MBA degree has done wonders ............... think plz ....
in the beggning .... dont stop going to THE TAJ its serving a great purpose ......... rest is gud

First saturday working day (TA) .................
Ok , every one of ISHRDIANS was skeptical about the subject named transactional analysis (TA) and about the visiting faculty Dr. Ravi D.
This morning all the students reached campus on time .... ok now arrives a red Swift n hers Dr. Ravi . The class was interactive and we came to know of what is Pchycology & TA . Some videos n ppts n interactions n activity . Faculty plz learn the teaching method that he uses , I belive none of was sleeping or was bored off having continous classes of a subject from 10 to 5 .
Went for lunch @ 1:00 pm again the food in mess was a big let down . canteen the only option ; had chicken frankie n thums up . Then I saw a familiar face.............. ok 2 girls my juniors both are sisters .......... so whats the big deal in it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! their dad was also there but i had the guts to meet them so i went to them talked n :-) . I and Nishith (roomie) had a deal ..its a scret :0 :0 .
ok k I met boxer (chetu) , n Lavanya who had a plan to meet the candidates who were there for interview and have some interactions on the whole system of admission and their view on the business school. We had good interaction with some of the guys . Every one of them asked about the face and the fate of the school n all the obvious queries . I think we were able to answer them ....................
And it was 2:15 by the clock so we ran back to our school ( location -above clinic which sometimes is understood to be a ward of the clinic) for the TA classes
I can rest asssure that we had a great day was a learning lecture . One important suggestion for our faculty please have a training sesssion on the ways and method to give a lecture from Dr, Ravi D.

love aaj kal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @ campus
These days heat is beating on us so is the food in here @ mess , it has become no mans land in the middle of a jungle with new applicants coming in for interviews , n hr and marketing (hulligans batch) as we name the marketing people living here .
No man land because ibs juniors are off for sip's n seniors off to placements .
ok next is,, what we miss here ----------
The corners in the campus occupied by so called love birds , evening and morning walk of both the genders n ya good food of course.
New changes in college sorry school(business)
ok the timings 9:30 - 6:00 in the evening , saturday classes (full time) , prof. Ammani (mkt faculty for oper. mgmt.). Things that didnt change is the campus , hr faculty , sanjay the real working man of our school .
Rest i can assure is @llz well here
At the beggning I can only say that everything is fine here , we are more than happy ; rest is self explanatory (crtsey- Faculty ISHRD)
